2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the agh30 platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of related funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and login credentials. agh30 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to user negligence. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your agh30 account.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Log out of shared devices after every session.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard safeguard to prevent fraud and protect the security of user funds.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. However, agh30 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

For withdrawals, requests are processed within a set timeframe depending on the chosen method. First-time withdrawals require successful identity verification before processing. agh30 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to meet financial compliance requirements.

You acknowledge that all betting outcomes are final. Funds used on settled bets are non-refundable. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Inaccurate or false account information.
• Multiple account ownership.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.

If an account is closed for any of the above reasons, the remaining balance may be frozen during the investigation. If no violation is found, the eligible balance will be returned via an appropriate method.
